This past week there was an impressive launching event for the boutique College of Fashion and styling at the cross-Gulf complex, Haifa, under the entrance of the international stylist, Lilach Amar.

Many launches are being held in Haifa and the surrounding area, but such a sparkling and such joy we have not remembered in recent years.
