TARBUT #A place for poetry

On Friday 1/26/24 from 12:00-10:00 there will be a tour following mentions, descriptions and images of the Hadar neighborhood in literature, throughout the various decades of its various changes and periods. The tour will start on the picturesque Jerusalem Street in Haifa and end on the busy Halutz Street. Under the guidance of Hagit Schwartzman: an educator, a resident of the neighborhood.

The Selihot tour from the Carmel to the Sea operates on the principle of going to the field itself - starting in the mountain and ending by throwing in the sea. This is the movement of forgiveness in which we free ourselves from the books and the synagogues out into the world, into the soul of the world, into the world.
