When we traveled to Safed this week, we were advised not to miss the new Bolognese restaurant, which opened with great fanfare about five months ago. This is a strictly kosher dairy chef restaurant, with French aromas and a rich chef menu. The restaurant is located in the 'City Safed' complex near the new Bank Hapoalim in Safed.
