During the 15 years of its existence, we have had several dinners at the Tanduka restaurant in Yokneam HaMoshava. The journey from our house on the Carmel to the restaurant takes no more than half an hour. This is also the case this afternoon: we got in the car, got on the highway of Road 6 in the direction of Yokneam - and within 35 minutes we parked in front of the restaurant. In the Israeli restaurant world, 15 years is considered almost forever.
