From the day Yona Yahav made up his mind, he had one answer to the question: What do you want to be when you grow up? Mayor of Haifa. In his journey to fulfill his childhood dream, Yahav passed through important intersections in the civil service. In 2003 he fulfilled his dream and was elected to serve as the tenth mayor of Haifa.
